An Autumn Hike to Apple Hill and Cat Swamp with Gerri Griswold

Saturday, October 19, 2019
Set out into the crisp morning air and immerse yourself in one of the most blissful hikes the Foundation can offer! Stroll the short hill to the summit of glorious Apple Hill and meander the beautifully bumpy path to pay your respects to the Brave Old Oak who keeps watch over Cat Swamp. These areas will be donning their most breathtaking fall finery! Wear sturdy hiking boots and bring poles or walking sticks as the trail to Cat Swamp can be muddy and uneven.
Meet at the A. B. Ceder Room at 7:45 am. We’ll carpool as parking is limited.
FREE…Donations will be accepted to help defray the Conservation Center’s programming expenses.
