SUMMARY:Dark of Winter Yoga with Judith Ehrman-Shapiro
DESCRIPTION:Two Wednesdays a Month\, December 3\, 2025 through March 11\, 2026 \nDark of Winter Yoga as a bi-monthly online workshop. Sessions can be taken individually or as a series. Judith ‘s class will include qigong and yoga instruction connected by various themes related to wellness and restoration during the winter season. No experience in yoga or qigong is necessary. Class meets on the Zoom Platform\, in a private classroom. \n5:30pm-6:30pm.\, $12.00 per class. Money can be exchanged on Venmo\, Square\, Cash\, or Check. Please contact Judith to make these arrangements. Each class attended donates $1 to the White Memorial Conservation Center!
