DESCRIPTION:Friday\, January 2\nOne-Day Fun Day for Grades 4-6\n9:30am-3:30pm\nNature can be so much fun in the winter! So\, grab your coat\, boots\, and hat\, and let’s spend one of your vacation days learning about the natural world around you. Get outside\, play games\, make crafts\, meet live animals! A morning and afternoon snack/drink will warm us up between adventures. Please bring a lunch and water bottle\, and wear appropriate clothing for the weather. Parents/Guardians are welcome to stay\, but it is not necessary. Meet in the A.B. Ceder Room. 9:30am-3:30pm. Pre-registration and pre-payment are required. DESCRIPTION:Tiny Trekking: This program is geared towards children ages newborn-5 years old and will encourage them to get hands on in the outdoors. Dress for the weather. The program is FREE! Donations will be accepted to help defray the Conservation Center’s programming expenses.  \nJanuary 2: Tiny Trekking with Kelly Orr: OWL PROWL! Venture out into the evening hours in search of our native owls with expert Fran Zygmont and White Memorial’s Kelly Orr. We’ll be listening for the calls of Barred Owls\, Screech Owls\, Saw-Whet Owls\, and Great Horned Owls. 5:00 p.m.\, Meet at the A. B. Ceder Room. Poor Weather cancels\, registered participants will be emailed 24 hours in advance if the program is canceled. \n February 10: Tiny Trekking with Kelly Orr: Point Folly\, Bantam Lake Lets look for ice boats\, fishermen\, and enjoy the winter wonderland!
