Amanda Glover embraces life as a journey filled with endless possibilities. With a passion for hiking and a profound love for nature, she believes in the power of reconnecting with the natural world. Whether it involves entering the forest kingdom, walking barefoot on rocky shores, running our hands through the tall grass in a meadow, tending to a garden in the pouring rain or pressing our backs into the earth while gazing up at the clouds or a starry sky.
In her yoga classes, Amanda brings a playful and lighthearted approach, encouraging her students to explore the connection between breath, pose, and body. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher certification in May 2024 and has continued her training with a focus on therapeutic applications, including certifications in Mudras and Yin yoga. Currently, she is working towards an 85-hour Prenatal certification to make yoga accessible to all.
