Sorry folks, we are cancelling this Saturdays learn to Fish with CARE class at White Memorial. There are just a few people registered and with water temperatures still very cold, weather predicted to be close to freezing and the fish not yet too active – it would be a very tough outing!

We are just kicking off our 2024 Fish with CARE events, so please plan to Learn to Fish with CARE by:

• Taking our CT specific, self-paced Let’s Go Fishing online class from the comfort of your home: https://depdata.ct.gov/fishing/gofishing/story.html
• Register to join us at a Fish with CARE event, offered multiple times per week at waterbodies around the state: https://portal.ct.gov/deep/fishing/care/care-fishing-classes
  • Local to Litchfield, we have upcoming events scheduled in Middlebury (4/13), Waterbury (4/21), Southbury (4/30), Watertown (5/14)
