Live from Hillside Farm in Winsted, this Pantry celebrates the versatile wonders of rhubarb! Unexpected savory dishes will change the way you think about this old-fashioned favorite…. What’s on the Menu? Rhubarb and Honey Chicken, Savory Rhubarb and Red Lentil Curry, Roasted Pork Loin with Rhubarb Compote, Spinach Salad with Rhubarb Viaigrette, and Rhubarb Creme Brulée Cake! The fun never stops as the zany live studio audience joins in the laughter, taste tests, and more than likely will imbibe in one too many Rhubarb Cocktails (yes..there is such a thing!)
